I used to work with a lawyer and he called me by the wrong name and it wasn’t even close (like calling someone Terry went their name is Chris) Me: “my name isn’t Terry!” Lawyer: “yeah but you just heard everything I said after I called you the wrong name. That’s a lawyer trick.” He was right
