Anyone else experiencing major glitch in Sprinklr Care Console? Glitch = Thousands of cases that have absolutely nothing to do with your company appearing in the queue. It's been a crazy morning, to say the least. Our team is still wading through the queue to respond to genuine customer questions. Is this happening to other folks today?
