Best way to be compensated as new social media manager? What compensation structure makes the most sense as a new social media manager? The entity I will be managing for is essentially starting from zero. I'm very new at this, but I want to suggest something that is sustainable for the small business but also allows for upside if it really takes off... Thanks for your input.
