Black eyeliner question
Black eyeliner question Hi everyone! I recently have been using gel eyeliner instead of liquid eyeliner. I like using it instead because it’s easier for me to create a wing. However I notice that throughout the day it smudges and gets on top of my eyelid. Does this happen to anyone else and does anyone have any tips to prevent this? Thank you!
