Any suggestions for a glitter free highlighter?
Any suggestions for a glitter free highlighter? Looking for something that has a finish like Loreal’s Glotion, shiny and reflective but with no visible specks of glitter. I prefer cream/liquid highlighters but am open to trying powders. I find that using Loreal’s Glotion in the lightest shade as a highlighter doesn’t last long. As soon as I scratch or blow my nose, it wipes off… TIA!
