Company pay structure change Should I expect any changes to my income with this new change? Will the extra shifts not be worth as much anymore? I’m currently at $59/hr working 12 hour shifts. I will be dropping to $51/hr but I will be at 1.5x after 8 hours. I like to work 4 shifts a week putting me at 96 hours on a paycheck. Thanks!
