Apricot confit with thyme, honey and orange layered with granola and yogurt Everything here is made from scratch. Homemade granola is so cost effective and tastier imo. Since apricots are in season, I baked them in the oven with orange juice and zest, honey and thyme for an hour. That flavour was 😍🤌🏻
