Sold house, what should I do with the money? I am 39 and I need some advice on what to do with a large amount of money (low 6 figs) from a recent home sale. Currently this money is sitting in a HYSA earning 4.8% annually. Here’s my situation:
No credit card debt or other debt aside from: $319k mortgage at 4.9% $10k left on a car loan at 2.5%
