Is it normal to be charged both "taxes" and also "tourist tax" at an Amsterdam hotel? I booked through Agoda and it said "taxes and fees included" and the total said "final price" and didn't mention anything else. Normally on booking.com (same company as Agoda) it would say "you will pay additional taxes at the property" but Agoda didn't say anything like that on the checkout page. We get to the hotel and they're asking us to pay...
