Using my HSA (indirectly) to fund my dogs chemo/treatment. Should I exhaust my other options first? I have an HSA with just above $6000 in it, and I haven’t used any of it on medical expenses. I’m adding around $120 per week to this account. Most hospitals and clinics will allow you do a payment plan for larger bills, so I just put them on my credit card and pay off the card at the end of each month. I haven’t needed any of this money.
