How to get to Nam Xay Viewpoint? For those that have been from Vang Vieng, how would you advise to get to the Nam Xay Viewpoint? Baring in mind, I do not think I will be hiring a bike. I was looking at tours though it seems like they are quite expensive for a few hours.
