LPT: If you can't get yourself to clean a kitchen, get a remote headset and call a friend you haven't talked to for a while You will have a nice conversation, will be glad that you reached out to someone and - as you can't do much during the call anyway - will clean a kitchen (or other chore which is not too loud as vacumming). I just did that accidentaly today and after had two reasons to be happy about.
