Opinions on the Manfrotto 290 Xtra 3 section With ball head?
Opinions on the Manfrotto 290 Xtra 3 section With ball head? It is currently on sale for $185 on Amazon I'm trying to stay sub $250 USD for a tripod with a ball head, and telescoping legs (3 sections would be Ideal). Is the head any good on those? Is there a better option for the price?
