LPT: Replace mayonnaise in salad dressings with mashed avocado to make a creamy salad dressing Blend it with citrus juice, herbs, olive oil or any of your chosen flavors. I just gave it a try once, and it has been a practice and one of my favorite meals. It will become extra creamy and in addition, it will be much more nutritious.
