(Illinois-Chicago) Friend hasn't filed taxes in 5 years, and also has no health insurance. What are her options? A good friend of mine lives in Chicago, and we were recently talking about her finances. She is 30 and is an aspiring stand up comic, but is having difficulty getting their finances in line. These are the main points:
She hasn't filed taxes in at least 5 years. Over those last five years, I doubt they've made anything more than $25,000 a year....
