LPT: Heat Hack - Wet the Top of your Shirt. Cool trick, especially if no air conditioning -- wet your shirt with water. Its surprisingly effective. The heat & humidity just seem to go away. Fast and cheap solution. I just wet the shoulders (top third) and ring it out in the sink. Maybe wet a hat as well. Try it.
