Best state in the USA to visit as a first-time tourist? Hi! I've never been overseas but as graduation approaches I'm thinking of starting to save up for the USA. I'm not interested in food, extravagance (i.e.... vegas) or lots of shopping. I want to learn about history, visit markets, get very culture/science/arts in a culturally-rich city. I've had this strange recurring dream of visiting book shop...
