Is it okay to have multiple manufacturers for one product? Thank you in advance for reading. I am realizing that no single manufacturer can produce the amount of units to meet customer demand. The lead time to produce the units (bowls from China), alongside the wait of ocean freight shipping, it seems like I would need to source from at least two manufacturers. Is this normal?
