LPT REQUEST : I asked for an itemized bill but got the same superficial info again. We got an hospital bill which was something like this: +$8100 charges -$6050 insurance adjustment -$ 623 coinsurance -… various payments $338 amount due. We could already see this on the online account but we wanted to see the itemized invoice like how they got to $8K, what were the charges etc. Contacted the hospital and this is what we receiv...
