Should I max out my 401k company match limit now?
Should I max out my 401k company match limit now? So a company I just joined has 100% matching 401k contribution up to 30k a year (just their share, not combined). I wonder, is the safest, best way to make the most this benefit is to max it out asap just in case I were to leave the company for any reason and I will have made the most of the company match?
