Increase in return rate?
Increase in return rate? I work for a luxury fashion e-commerce company and we’ve recently seen an increase in return rate. I was wondering if anyone else has seen similar behavior from consumers. If you are seeing an increase in return rate, when did it start? Any thoughts on why this could be the case?
