Regular Instagram, take a break, what will it be like when I come back? It's commonly held that you have to post regularly on Instagram to gain favour with 'the algorithm' .. if that's wrong do let me know but assuming that's true, what is the effect of taking a break .. say a month? Is it like starting again. Is it like you were never away? I assume somewhere inbetween but I'm rather hoping to hear of some real exp...
