Can you add extra luggage at the airport? I am flying from Busan to Tokyo in August with Jeju Air via travellink (I know, fuck me), but after my purchase noticed it only includes hand luggage up to 15 kg (whyy), and there seems to be NO option anywhere on travellink's website to add it. It just says "can be bought at the air port" and the "add extra luggage" button disappears. So.... be...
