Seeking thick, dense, wool rug for acoustic purposes I'm looking for a rug for my music room, who's primary purpose (beyond tiring the room together) is to absorb sound and provide some degree of acoustic treatment on top of my hardwood floors. My understanding is the best rug for this purpose is a tightly woven, high pile, wool rug. I'm a newbie with this stuff, but most websites indicate ~0.75" ...
