Despite being the top 3 richest airlines; why do American airlines compare poorly to Singapore, Qatar, etc.?
Despite being the top 3 richest airlines; why do American airlines compare poorly to Singapore, Qatar, etc.? It baffles me; like they have the money - how come they don't have the amenities, meal service, seating, etc that you find on the top class airlines like Qatar, Etihad, Singapore, etc.
