What happens with my dad’s timeshare when he passes away?
What happens with my dad's timeshare when he passes away? Kinda concerned because my dad has a timeshare that is literally impossible to get rid of. He's 84 and I'm concerned when he passes away it could automatically pass over to me. I absolutely do NOT want anything to do with it. Can I refuse it?
