LPT Request: How to keep your good habits running when going through a tough time? I am wondering how to keep good habits running when going through a tough / stressfull time. I find my mind to be completely occupied with worries / planning / thinking and no brain space for any good habit, such as meditation, journaling, working out... and I am wondering if anyone has some tips ?
