Why are a lot of places changing credit card payment policies? In the last 2 or 3 months my phone bill, rent, and insurance have all started to penalize me for using a credit card to make paymentseither i wont get my auto pay discount or ill have to pay a 3 percent convenience fee. 3 percent fee on 2500 is a lot.. it nullifies my casback rewards plus some.
