LPT If you have trouble consistently flossing, do it in the afternoon rather than bedtime. I could never get into a flossing habit when I left it for the end of the day. Usually tired and ready to just climb into bed, it’s often all I can do to just get my teeth brushed. Now I set a reminder to floss at same time, mid-afternoon and do it consistently. I’m also much more thorough and less likely to just rush through it.
