Recently married, my wife got too many months behind on her car payments and they charged off the loan. What are our options? Hello, Vehicle is a 2017 Volkswagen Atlas, don't know the trim package off the top of my head. I know it's a fairly beefy trim package, has tech package and tow package, sun/moon roof, and captain seats, etc. She owed around $40k on it when the loan was charged off.
