Good idea to rent house to my high school graduate if I am moving out of state? We will be moving out of state at the end of the school year for a better paying job. My oldest daughter will be graduating high school, and wants to stay in our current town to continue her classes. I originally planned to sell our house, but now I am thinking about keeping it for the time being and renting to her (and potentially her friends)....
