ISO of a blue lipstick
ISO of a blue lipstick I have looked everywhere for a dark blue lipstick. Ulta, target, Walmart and drugstores but I've found nothing. I'm dressing up as Pete the cat for a Halloween event for kids on the 28th. Any suggestions on where I can get them or brands would be so helpful. I prefer a stick but at this point I'll take liquid. TIA!
