Salad & Veggies with a lemon vinaigrette and a jammy boiled egg. Crunchy Health !! Love a combination of hot and cold. The veggies were quickly sautèd in butter so it's more of a 'butter lemon vinaigrette'. Beautiful. Chilli flakes for a kick !!
