Vanguard 403b, no option to add contributions? Trying to set up a 403b as a teacher in Texas. Chose vanguard as I have accounts in Schwab (Roth IRA) and Fidelity (Brokerage) and wanted to diversify and have a tax deferred account. However, after signing up and signing into Vanguards 403b site there is no option to elect how much of my paycheck should be contributed to the account. Have atte...
