Was told adding powder on top of my foundation would help my skin appear more hydrated. However, this is how it’s appearing on my chin area. This is primer, foundation, and setting spray. What could be the cause of this?
Was told adding powder on top of my foundation would help my skin appear more hydrated. However, this is how it’s appearing on my chin area. This is primer, foundation, and setting spray. What could be the cause of this? To me it looks as if it’s not setting into my skin, rather it’s sitting on top. In fact, if I touch my skin, the makeup will definitely transfer. This is after a few hours of wear, mostly indoors.
