“Malcolm in the Middle” is a Masterpiece I’m almost 30, and never watched it growing up despite being broadcast on one of the few basic cable channels my family had. I cannot believe how well written it is, and how well it holds up. If anything, its themes of class struggle resonate more today than in 2002. And Dewey. The real genius of the show.
