Why does happen with my makeup a couple hrs later and how do i prevent it? last time this happened i thought it was because i used powder over liquid foundation. skipped the powder today and it still happened 🙁 its making me self-conscious about makeup now (i normally wear minimal makeup but when i do a full face this happens)
