Terminated from my job - Offered severance. Need some advice I went to HR with a complaint about my manager using an offensive racial word & speaking to the team rudely. After the investigation was completed I was terminated from my job for performance, & I was offered a severance package. It includes a lump sum payment up to Dec 1st.
