Trying to decide if I should take job offer. Any insight? I currently make $33.21/hr ($69k annually) and just received an offer letter for a job at $37.72 ($78k annually). I'm a clinical laboratory scientist and this would really just be a straight lateral move. Both are "staff" level jobs and honestly I have little interest in moving into management anyway. I think $37/hr is closer to the market rate...
