Planning a trip to Rome, but, have 3 days up my sleeve to go elsewhere in Italy. Recommendations? Planning to spend 10 days in Rome in February. I like to rest while I travel and am content with not seeing everywhere in Italy on this trip. But, planning to arrive 3 days before my accommodation booking starts and was wondering what would be some good options? Florence? Naples? Small country towns? Or should I just bank another 3 days in Rome ...
