If the collection agency cannot guarantee the deletion of my account, shall I still pay?
If the collection agency cannot guarantee the deletion of my account, shall I still pay? The agency is Caine & Weiner. They are saying they can only “request a courtesy deletion” from credit bureaus but have no control over whether the account can be deleted or not. Has anyone ever dealt with them before?
