A first try at bento box I really love making intricate dishes where you have to pay attention to details - and bento boxes have been on my mind for quite some time already. It includes rice with homemade furikake rice seasoning, pork slices with shimeji mushrooms, marinated beans and oven baked egg with curry seasoned cabbage underneath it.
