Received this in the mail from New York State Dept. of Taxation saying I have underpaid my taxes? Doesn't provide any explanation at all, couldn't get through on the website or call. I was unable to dispute this claim: on the phone as it said they were max capacity and when trying to dispute online after logging in it says: "The Online Services is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Wasn't provided any thorough explanation other than the bill itself. Don't really know what to do from here. Anyone have any experie...
