What happens to monthly car payment amount if I pay off a huge chunk?
What happens to monthly car payment amount if I pay off a huge chunk? I have a car loan of 22k. I'm planning on paying 18k in a week on it. It's a 72 month loan and I am 5 months into it. So I'd still have about 6k left on it. Would the monthly payments change ti reflect the lower balance ? Or would it be the same each month?
