Wall art in dept store awful. Why? (Eg Kmart, Myer) Every time I go into a department store, the large wall canvases are such bad photographs. Lowest very low resolution. Often very washed out (this may be a current style?). Large areas that are just blown out highlights … Is there a reason for this? Like, they aren’t allowed to sell cheap ‘good’ photography? It’s not like ‘good’...
