Not sure how to go about saving for retirement I hope I've come to the right place. I (22F) started a full time job 3 months ago, I currently make 16/hr (~33k/yr). My job uses empower for retirement stuff but, I have no idea what I'm doing honestly. Idk if this is an employer issue but in the portal, it's showing 2 tabs under accounts. One says 457 plan, the other just says
