Does an expensive eyelash curler make a difference? No matter what, my lashes wont stay up at all! ive tried everything, ive heated up my eyelash curler, ive used waterproof mascara with it, tried curling after mascara, before mascara and nothing works... and i dont even think i have "heavy" eyelashes.. theyll always fall before i get done with the rest of my makeup...ive only had cheap eyelash c...
