For anyone in Canada, beware of this Quo liner with UV glow (shoppers drug mart/ superstore brand) So I’m not sensitive to makeup and have never had a reaction before. I use a LOT of makeup too. I think it’s because this eyeliner has a UV component in it to make it glow under black light?
