Selling Car with Negative Equity Hi. I have a 2015 Corolla S package. 170k miles. 12k still remaining to pay off. 5% interest. My question is. I want to get out this loan. It’s about 256$ a month. I’m guessing the car is worth about 6-8k. Can the current bank agree to sell it and issue me a personal loan for the negative equity?
