LPT: IV vaccine injection is contraindicated. Vaccines are supposed to be IM. Unfortunately, aspirating is no longer standard. If you’re going to get ANY vaccine, then make sure that the person injecting it aspirates (e.g. first pulls the plunger out to check there’s no blood before injecting).
